About Me

My journey into health started with a simple belief: that true wellness isn't just the absence of disease—it’s the active optimization of life through the most natural and least invasive means possible. This passion led me to become a Board Certified Doctor of Natural Medicine, where I spent six years in traditional practice.

But the more I practiced, the more I noticed a problem. I saw an industry-wide over-reliance on "guessing" tools, and protocols that were often just a long list of expensive, unverified supplements. I knew my clients deserved better.

Bridging the Gap I also realized that even the best data-driven plan is useless if you can't implement it. I saw clients who genuinely wanted to change but were held back by stress and emotional regulation issues that my traditional training couldn't solve. To bridge that gap, I earned my Master’s in Counseling. This gave me the tools to help you navigate the mental and emotional barriers that often stand between you and your health goals.

The Body’s Perspective Alongside this, my years as a Licensed Massage Therapist have taught me something no textbook can: how imbalance actually feels in the body. I’ve seen how stress manifests somatically, and I’ve learned the importance of helping you find physical relief so you can have the bandwidth to make long-term changes stick.

The Result: An Integrated Path Today, I’ve brought these three worlds together. My virtual consulting practice is built on:

  • Precision: Valid and reliable testing.

  • Support: Addressing the stress-based hurdles to change.

  • Relief: Understanding of how your body feels.

I’m here to help you stop guessing and start knowing—all from the comfort of your own home.

Educational Background

Master’s of Science in Counseling | Behavioral Health Coach

Central Connecticut State University (2025)

I leverage my academic foundation in counseling to help you identify and navigate the lifestyle and emotional barriers that stall wellness progress. My coaching focuses on:

  • Identifying Barriers: Pinpointing the habits and stress patterns that interfere with your goals.

  • Skill-Building: Teaching practical mindfulness and stress-management techniques.

  • Proactive Growth: Providing a supportive framework for habit change and resilience, focusing on wellness education rather than clinical diagnosis or treatment.

With years of experience in clinical bodywork, I have a deep understanding of how metabolic stress and emotional tension manifest physically in the body. I integrate this physiological lens into our work by:

  • Somatic Mindfulness: Teaching you to recognize the physical cues of stress and "food noise" before they lead to reactive habits.

  • Nervous System Regulation: Utilizing mindfulness-based approaches to help move the body from a "stressed" state into a "restorative" state.

  • Physical Literacy: Helping you connect the dots between your biochemical data and your lived, physical experience, ensuring your wellness journey is grounded in body-awareness.

Educated through the Naturopathic Institute of Therapies & Education (NITE) and practicing in the holistic health space since 2014, I am dedicated to bridging traditional wisdom with modern evidence-based wellness. I focus on:

  • Evidence-Based Literacy: Moving away from industry guesswork by providing high-integrity data and educational insights into your unique biochemistry.

  • Root-Cause Education: Leveraging over a decade of experience to help you understand the "why" behind your health through a functional, natural medicine lens.

  • Informed Empowerment: Equipping you with the high-quality information you deserve to make confident, data-driven decisions alongside your medical team.
