Salted Dark Chocolate Brazil Nuts

Ingredients:
• 30 Raw Brazil Nuts
• 4 oz. 100% Dark Chocolate
• Raw Honey or Stevia (to taste)
• 1/4 tsp. Iodized Sea Salt
Directions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler.
2. Stir in your choice of sweetener (honey or stevia) to taste.
3. Add the Brazil nuts to the melted chocolate, tossing until fully coated.
4. Pour the mixture onto a lined baking sheet, spreading it into an even layer.
5. Place in the refrigerator or freezer until fully set.
6. Break apart any large clusters, sprinkle with iodized sea salt flakes, and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
